This site collects very little, and this page says exactly what. If anything here is unclear, write to info@ssi.com.la and ask.
What this site collects
Nothing you do not send us. There is no contact form, no newsletter sign-up and no account. Enquiries reach us because you chose to open your own email client or WhatsApp — we receive whatever you write there, and nothing else.
What your browser sends anyway
Our web host records standard server logs: the address of the page requested, the time, and a truncated network address. These are kept for security and troubleshooting and are not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set a functional cookie if a member of SSI staff signs in to edit the site; that never applies to visitors.
Analytics
None at the time of writing. If SSI adds analytics later, this page will say which service, what it records and how to opt out — before it is switched on.
Links away from this site
Some pages link to the SSI application at app.ssi.com.la, to Facebook, and to WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy terms and SSI does not control them.
Photographs of people
Photographs of training participants and client staff are published only where written consent has been obtained. If you appear in a photograph on this site and want it removed, write to info@ssi.com.la and it will be taken down.
Enquiries you send us
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to answer you and to meet our own record-keeping obligations. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone outside SSI.

Write to info@ssi.com.la. Tell us what you want to know, correct or have deleted, and we will respond.
